Actress Lori Loughlin is turning heads with her youthful glow and toned physique, the result of a dedicated fitness journey she embraced after turning 60.
According to sources close to the Full House star, Loughlin has completely overhauled her workout routine in the past year. “Lori has always been active and fit, but she really stepped it up,” one insider told In Touch. “She wanted to see how far she could go with her fitness.”
The actress now works with a personal trainer, focusing on building lean muscle through carefully supervised strength training. “She started lifting heavier weights gradually, making sure everything was done safely and with professional guidance,” a source said.
