Is Sivananda Yoga Good for Weight Loss?

The Role of Sivananda Yoga in Weight Loss

1. Physical Exercise and Caloric Burn

Sivananda Yoga incorporates a series of asanas (postures) that focus on stretching, strengthening, and improving flexibility. The practice follows a relatively gentle pace, emphasizing holding postures for longer periods rather than continuous, high-intensity movement.
