How Long Should I Meditate Each Day?

Prairiewoods invites participants to experience the transformative power of meditative yoga amidst its serene natural surroundings at 120 East Boyson Road, Hiawatha. Heather English, a certified RYT-200 Hour Yoga Alliance Instructor, leads hatha-style yoga classes designed to foster strength, flexibility, and relaxation.

Heather, drawing from her personal journey of discovering yoga’s mental health benefits, now shares her expertise through gentle/beginner’s yoga sessions every Monday and Thursday. Sessions are scheduled at 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., with an additional chair yoga class at 10:45 a.m. These offerings cater to individuals of all fitness levels, emphasizing inclusivity and accessibility.

Beyond physical practice, Heather is driven by the profound impact yoga can have across various aspects of life. Her dedication to yoga extends to her creative pursuits, inspired by its principles to integrate crafting into her career and explore the nexus of yoga and creativity.

Participants can choose from flexible pricing options: $120 for an eleven-punch card, $72 for a six-punch card, or $15 for a single class (one punch per session). Pre-registration, required at least two hours before each class, ensures seamless participation.
