BOYNE FALLS, MI — Boyne Mountain is bringing back its popular Yoga in the Sky sessions this summer and fall. These classes take place on the resort’s famous SkyBridge, a 1,200-foot suspension bridge that stretches between two ski run peaks. The bridge, the world’s largest timber-towered suspension bridge, sits 118 feet above the valley floor and offers stunning open-air views.
This year, Boyne Mountain is adding a new option for yoga lovers who prefer to stay on solid ground. The new “Peaks and Poses” class offers sunrise yoga in a scenic outdoor setting. Both classes provide teacher-led sessions designed for gentle stretching and yoga practice.
Kari Roder, Boyne Mountain’s director of marketing, said, “Yoga in the Sky shows what we’re all about — creating unique experiences that let guests connect with Michigan’s natural beauty in exciting ways. With Peaks & Poses, we’re making these experiences available to everyone, whether they want the thrill of the bridge or the calm of the ground.”
The addition of Peaks and Poses expands the resort’s weekend yoga offerings and gives visitors more ways to enjoy the outdoors while practicing yoga.
